How Does a Good Classroom Management Look Like?

In my estimation so far as I experienced during this time recently, there are countless sources and articles that define explicitly proactive classroom management tips for teachers to ensure student success. Actually this aimless composition is address to my friend’s inquiry related to my presentation’s materials about classroom management. The question is “How can we as a teacher know if the objective of the strategies being instructed are successful?” so here we go

the goals of classroom management is to build and provide a positive atmosphere, dynamic and profitable learning environment, support a safe classroom community, to construct and create the flow of learning activities, to reduce distraction from learning, and to sustain students to keep task focused. Based on the objective above here I would like to illustrate several evidence or sign that represent your successfuly classroom strategies. Firstly, students are able to show enthusiasm and commitment in your subject learning, it is indicated that they are engage with the way you teach. Secondly, Students integrate with all of their work for the course, it means that you are successfully plan what you want to teach. Thirdly, if you can explain complex ideas and materials in simple ways students will perceive and able to build on materials they have already learned. this also effect the advancement of student’s achievement. The last is about discipline, The successfulness of your classroom management can be proven in your students that following procedures and some rules conducting in class this also related to the student’s good attitude training.
